John Daly, Ph.D.
John is a noted author and researcher in the area of organizational communication and has worked with more than 100 organizations, including Continental Airlines, Dun and Bradstreet, Frito-Lay, 3M, Dell Computers, the Texas Municipal League, and the Governor’s Executive Education Program for the State of Texas. Dr. Daly received his Ph.D. from Purdue University and is currently a Professor in the College of Communication at the University of Texas at Austin where he teaches interpersonal communication, nonverbal communication, persuasion, and leadership behavior. Gail T. Fairhurst, Ph.D.
A distinguished researcher, author, and consultant, Gail specializes in leadership and organizational communication. As Professor and Head of the Department of Communication at Cincinnati University in Ohio, Dr. Fairhurst conducts research focusing primarily on leadership communication. She has consulted extensively in a variety of business and industry settings, including the Children’s Hospital of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Bell, the Fernal Environmental Restoration Management Corporation, General Electric, and Procter & Gamble.
Richard D. Rieke, Ph.D.
Rick is a well-known public speaker and writer who specializes in leadership style training. Dr. Rieke has been providing communication consultation to businesses, professionals, and government agencies such as AT&T, IBM, Kraft, the U.S. Department of Energy, and Evans & Sutherland for more than 30 years. He is a Professor in the Department of Communication at the University of Utah, where he serves in teaching and administrative roles. A prolific writer, Dr. Rieke is the author of eight books on reasoning and advocacy.

Randall Stutman is widely recognized as an authority in leadership communication theory and design.
