Analyst Program

CRA’s Analyst Program is a customized curriculum developed for new CRA consultants.

Analyst Program

CRA recruits talented people who are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in communications. Analysts participate in a two-year development program designed to equip them with the skills and the tools they need to be successful as CRA consultants.

The Analyst Program commences with a three-month orientation program where consultants, along with a class of their peers, analyze common client problems and develop solutions using CRA methodology. Following orientation, analysts begin working with colleagues and clients and participate in a set of experiences to help each analyst learn and grow. Along the way, analysts receive ongoing coaching and guidance from their CRA mentor.

Upon successful completion of the program, analysts will become apprentices, and will begin working closely with a CRA Managing Director, preparing to manage their own team and business.

We are always seeking motivated, bright people who have what it takes to become a CRA analyst. The ideal candidate will possess:

· An undergraduate or graduate degree in communication or a related field

· A passion for communication

· The willingness to relocate to Philadelphia and travel extensively

· An extraordinary work ethic

· Unshakable confidence, tempered by the humility that learning requires

· A love of ideas

· Enthusiasm for solving unique problems, often with little context

· An eagerness to operate in an entrepreneurial culture

· A burning desire to serve others
