Andy Gustafson has consulted extensively in business and industry throughout the United States. His clients include Alcoa Chemical, IBM, Lockheed-Martin, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, McDonalds Corp., Celebrity Cruises Inc., Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and several non-profit organizations, among others. His responsibilities have included professional individual coaching, training, and career development.
Dr. Gustafson is an Assistant Professor of Managerial Communication and Director of the MBA communication program at the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University. Professor Gustafson also teaches in Penn State’s and SUNY Binghamton’s Executive Education Programs.
A native of San Jose, California, Dr. Gustafson is an active member of the International Communication Association, the National Communication Association, and the Association for Business Communication.
For recreation, Dr. Gustafson enjoys skiing, photography, cycling, and sailing.
