As a member of CRA’s Strategic Communication practice, Ariel advises clients on solving business problems through the strategic use of communication. Her areas of expertise include designing messages that lead to action, building communication capacity, and creating sustainable processes. Her recent clients include Independence Blue Cross, Marriott, Catholic Health Initiatives, The World Bank, Prudential Retirement, and Juniper Networks.
Prior to joining CRA, Ariel worked as a corporate trainer and internal communications professional for Colonial Electric Supply in King of Prussia, PA, where she participated in the creation and implementation of organizational changes. While with Colonial, she developed the foundation for a comprehensive management development program across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, and designed cultural integration materials for new employees throughout the organization. A Philadelphia transplant, Ariel enjoys attending Phillies games and local theater, and volunteering with local non-profits.
