As a member of CRA’s research practice, Jennifer Landis works with clients to gauge and determine best strategies for building leadership credibility, employee engagement, strategic communications, customer satisfaction, and also works with organizations to develop performance review programs. Jennifer has worked with a variety of organizations across many industries, including Con Edison, Catholic Health Initiatives, Exelon, Kaiser Permanente, Kingdon Capital Management, Mercy, TEKsystems, and Third Point.
Jennifer earned her BA in Communication Studies – with a focus in Relational Communication – from Eastern University where she also minored in English Literature and Theater.
Jennifer resides near Philadelphia with her husband and two children. In her free time she enjoys singing, acting, and volunteering to work with the children in her community.
