As a consultant in CRA’s Strategic Communication practice, Kaitlin advises clients on how to use communication to solve business problems and drive change in their organizations. She’s helped leaders and teams in a wide range of organizations get things done by creating processes for communicating strategies and initiatives, building alignment, cultivating relationships, and driving accountability. Some of the companies she’s worked with include FMC, McDonald’s, and University Hospitals.
Kaitlin earned her M.A. in Strategic Communication – with a concentration in Organizational Communication – from Villanova University, where she examined the role of leadership communication in building understanding, commitment, and engagement in organizations.
In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys singing with community vocal ensembles, exploring new places and cuisines, spending time outdoors, and watching the Phillies and Steelers.
