Kristen Senior is a Managing Director in the strategic communication consulting practice at CRA. Kristen has helped facilitate the achievement of organizational objectives by influencing employee behavior during major change initiatives. Her recent clients include McDonald’s, Juniper Networks, FMC, University Hospitals of Cleveland, Franciscan Health System of Tacoma, and Maritime Charter Schools of Philadelphia.
Kristen received her B.A. in interpersonal communication from the College of Wooster and her M.A. in public relations from Purdue University. Before joining CRA, Kristen used her expertise to improve both internal and external communication functions in a variety of organizations. A native of Connecticut, Kristen enjoys dance, Pittsburgh Steelers football, and spoiling her seven nieces and nephews.
