Kristin Tetreault is a Managing Director in CRA’s Strategic Communication Practice. She brings focused problem-solving skills, creative flexibility, and deep organizational expertise to companies undergoing significant change – as well as those seeking to drive business results through high levels of employee engagement and enablement.
With broad experience across multiple industries – including financial services, telecommunications, beverages, health care, transportation, and pharma – Kristin helps leadership teams discover (and remove) barriers to effective communication and leverage strengths to align the right messages with the right behaviors.
Kristin earned her M.S. in Organizational Development & Change Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and her B.S. in Journalism from the University of North Texas. She lives with her husband and children in Connecticut – in a home ruled by love, laughter, and large-breed dogs. When time permits, she likes to exercise outdoors, travel, and take in the occasional Broadway show.
