Lilly Linton focuses on executive coaching and leading high stakes management consulting projects. Lilly advises clients on leadership development initiatives, accountability, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and strategic alignment with an emphasis on the importance of culture.
Ms. Linton's experience includes work with Aqua America, Lincoln Financial, GMAC Bank, Cendant, GlaxoSmithKline, and Hershey Foods, among others. Prior to joining CRA, Lilly served as a Practice Leader for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the area of Customer Relationship Management with a focus on both contact centers and sales operations.
Lilly has spent the last five years studying corporate culture and the impact of specific leadership styles on performance under the mentorship of Dr. William Sparks of Queens University, a well-respected expert on the topic.
Ms. Linton is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and holds a degree in Economics.
