Lynne Viscio is a Managing Director at CRA where she consults with clients on organizational design, organizational effectiveness, internal communication strategy, and leadership development.
Lynne has advised leaders and facilitated decision processes in numerous organizations including Kaiser Permanente, McDonald’s, Lincoln Financial, State Farm Insurance Company, University Hospitals of Cleveland, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and The World Bank. She’s helped numerous clients evolve their organization to ensure that the right people are sitting in the right roles, equipped with the right processes to get the job done.
Before joining CRA, she worked in an executive leadership position in the health management field providing management and consulting services to numerous corporate clients across the US. Lynne has graduate degrees from the University of New Hampshire (M.S.), New York Medical College (M.P.H.), and Temple University (M. Ed.). Her degree from Temple University focused on adult and organizational development.
A native of Connecticut, Lynne is an avid fan of the UConn Huskies. She also enjoys camping, cycling, gardening—and most of all spending time with her family.
