Pamela Holland, a CRA Managing Director, has dedicated her career to driving exceptional business results through relationships built on trust, credibility, and influence. She has worked with leaders in organizations such as Baxter Healthcare, Protégé Partners, Towers Watson, GlaxoSmithKline, SEI Investments, Astra Zeneca, and Pfizer.
As a coach, she draws on her executive experience in the pharmaceutical, financial services, and communication industries to help clients increase their leadership effectiveness through greater self-awareness, discipline, and empathy. She is often asked to speak on the subject of women and leadership and recognizes that the higher a person moves up in an organization, the less candid feedback he or she is likely to receive. Pam is valued by senior leaders as a trusted advisor who helps facilitate candid and constructive conversations that lead to more enduring success.
Prior to joining CRA, Pam was the Chief Operating Officer of a leading communication & professional development company. She also held key positions in sales, marketing, and strategic planning at GlaxoSmithKline (formerly SmithKline Beecham). She co-authored the book, “Help! Was That a Career Limiting Move?” now in its third edition that earned the Writers Digest Best Non-Fiction Award. She received her B.A. from the University of Maine.
