Randall K. Stutman has spent more than 15 years as an executive advisor and coach on Wall Street and in financial firms, working with senior leaders in firms including Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, CSFB, Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, Blackstone, Wachovia, UBS, Citigroup, State Farm Insurance, CIT, Capital One, and Fidelity Investments, among others.

Dr. Stutman is the founder of the Admired Leadership Institute® and is a popular speaker on the qualities and behaviors of extraordinary leaders. His ground-breaking work on leadership development through a library of critical experiences has influenced a new generation of professionals practicing in the area.

A former professor at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and Temple University, Dr. Stutman has been widely published in business journals and is the author of three books on leadership behavior, including the award-winning Working Through Conflict.

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Stutman is a former collegiate golfer who has traded his clubs for a saddle and now breeds and rides Rocky Mountain horses.
