His ground-breaking work on leadership development through a library of critical experiences has influenced a new generation of professionals practicing in the area.
A former professor at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and Temple University, Dr. Stutman has been widely published in business journals and is the author of three books on leadership behavior, including the award-winning Working Through Conflict.
A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Stutman is a former collegiate golfer who has traded his clubs for a saddle and now breeds and rides Rocky Mountain horses.
