As co-head of CRA’s leadership practice, Robin Abramson provides coaching and counsel to senior leaders primarily on Wall Street and in financial services firms. She specializes in helping others build their own leadership credibility and develop their relationships in an authentic, compelling, and practical way. Her recent clients include leaders from Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, Prudential, TD Ameritrade, Royal Bank of Canada, Axa Equitable, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Protégé Partners, and the Women’s Bond Club.
Robin has also served as a Guest Lecturer at the Wharton School of Business, and is an Adjunct Professor of Leadership at Drexel University’s LeBow School of Business in Philadelphia. Robin graduated from Columbia University with an M.A. in Organizational Psychology. She received her B.A. in Political Science and Communication from Syracuse University.
A native of Buffalo, New York, Robin now lives outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children. She remains a loyal Buffalo sports fan, is an avid tennis player, and enjoys time and travels with her family and friends.
