Luckily, Robert Cialdini’s classic text, Influence, is available to all. First published in 1984, it’s in its fourth edition and is the seminal text for laymen and scholars alike. A must read not only for leaders, speechwriters, and internal communication strategists, but for anyone interested in persuasion and influence.
