Meredith Henry is a Managing Director in CRA's internal communication consulting practice. Her work focuses heavily upon establishing proactive communication strategy, developing and articulating strategic messages, and implementing internal communication infrastructure. She has expertise in leading change communication strategy for global software implementation and helping leaders manage uncertainty, increase influence, and manage meaning during times of change. Meredith works closely with a wide array of clients including McDonald's Corporation, Watson Wyatt, Kaiser Permanente, Carlson Companies, Mercy Health Partners, and State Farm Insurance.
Prior to joining CRA, Meredith was part of the Corporate Communication team at Metaldyne, Inc., and coordinated six-sigma quality imperatives at SCA Packaging North America. Meredith received her degree in organizational communication and political science from Alma College. Her education focused on managing culture during organizational change, employee empowerment, and job satisfaction.
A native of Michigan, Meredith is an avid swimmer and musician, and has served her community as head coach for multiple swim programs.
