Neill Edwards advises leaders on creating accountability, building coalitions to get things done, managing relationships that inspire and influence (requiring strategic and artful communication), and getting out of their own way—by embodying new behaviors and winning the mental game. He also works with teams facilitating team development and adult learning, especially where interdependence, interpersonal dynamics, and collaboration are imperative to business results.
Neill has coached leaders and teams at companies such as State Farm, Kaiser Permanente, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, The University of Pennsylvania, and The Tobin Schools. He graduated magna cum laude with a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology and he has taught Interpersonal Communication at Temple University—where he is currently completing a second Masters’ Degree in Adult and Organizational Development.
A native of Philadelphia, in his spare time Neill mentors local youth and enjoys the fine art of the backyard barbecue.
