A member of CRA’s internal communication consulting practice, Ms. Mann has lent her communication expertise to individuals and large project teams in numerous organizations including Merrill Lynch, IBM, Independence Blue Cross, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and others. She aims to create lasting infrastructure and deliver process improvements to all client engagements.
Before joining CRA, she earned her M.A. and B.S. in Communication Studies at the University of Texas at Austin, where her graduate work explored the role of communication in effective family systems and where she taught interpersonal communication.
She enjoys international travel and is always on the quest for delicious desserts.
