Robin Abramson, a CRA Partner, specializes in leadership coaching with a focus on developing leaders who get results and create loyalty. She coaches both senior and emerging leaders in organizations such as Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Capital One, CIT Investments, Standard & Poor’s, The Women's Bond Club, Deloitte, State Farm, and the United States Olympic Committee.
Robin is particularly interested in how her clients’ leadership style affects their relationships, reputation, and results. She is often asked to advise leaders who are trying to navigate the political landscape of an organization; leaders who are looking for credible ways to communicate; leaders who want unique ways to develop and motivate the people around them; or leaders who need to handle difficult conversations more strategically. She is recognized by many senior Wall Street executives for providing practical and insightful counsel to help them communicate leadership credibility, and create the support needed to get things done.
Before joining CRA, Robin received a first hand look at how leaders negotiate relationships and power in Washington, DC—working at Hill & Knowlton Communication & Public Affairs. She was also part of Andersen Business Consulting in Philadelphia, PA. Robin graduated from Columbia University with an M.A. in Organizational Psychology. She received her B.A. in Political Science and Communication from Syracuse University.
